The NELMSC will cover the practice drop-in fee for annual meeting attendees.

1. Roll call.
2. Adoption of Minutes.
3. Adoption of Treasurers Report.
4. Reports, as necessary, from Officers and Committees.
5. Unfinished business.
6. New business.
7. Elections, if required.
8. Resolutions & Orders.
9. Adjournment.
New England LMSC Delegation at the USMS Annual Meeting in September 2019
The USMS LMSC Standards and the New England LMSC Bylaws require an annual membership meeting of the New England LMSC. All NELMSC board members, including elected officers and appointed club representatives, are expected to attend if at all possible. Elections of officers, for two-year terms, are held at the annual meeting during odd-numbered years.
We encourage all NELMSC members to attend the annual meeting, provide feedback, and get involved. If you are interested in serving as an officer or otherwise volunteering to support NELMSC governance initiatives, please contact the board chair at NEchair@usms.org and/or vice chair at NEvicechair@usms.org.
